    Kerrissa MacPherson serves as the Bon Secours Richmond Program Manager of Community Impact on the Community Health Team, where she leads the Community Health Needs Assessments and Community Health Improvement Plans for all seven Bon Secours Richmond hospitals. Her work is aimed at improving health outcomes and advancing health equity across diverse populations, as well as using health data to drive strategy.

    With a strong background in public health, healthcare administration, and community engagement, Kerrissa brings strategic vision and collaborative leadership to programs that address social and structural drivers of health, expand access to care, and empower local communities. Her work is grounded in a commitment to inclusivity, partnership, and sustainable impact, and she has been with Bon Secours Richmond for over 11 years.

    Additionally, Kerrissa is an adjunct professor in the University of Richmond Department of Health Studies. Kerrissa has a bachelor of arts in leadership studies, a bachelor of science in biology, and a master of nonprofit studies, all from the University of Richmond, and is a doctoral candidate at Point Park University in downtown Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
